“GOOD NEWS FOR THE SUFFERING: JESUS HAS

AUTHORITY OVER EVERY STORM!”

(MARK 4:35-41)

 

INTRODUCTION:

I. TAKE JESUS WITH YOU INTO THE STORM: MARK 4:35-36

“And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat”

II. OUR CIRCUMSTANCES DON’T DEFINE JESUS’ WATCH CARE OVER US IN THE STORM: MARK 4:37-39

“And they woke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?”

III. FAITH IS OBEYING JESUS IN THE STORM DESPITE THE CONSEQUENCES: MARK 4:40-41

“He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?”
